Great speed

Good day

On the day before arrival to Savusavu, we have to slow down not to arrive too early. Great sailing was had on the crossing, 11.8 knots was the fastest I seen on the open CPN's GPS. That one is slightly more conservative than the one on the I-pad.

Anyway, this morning land was sighted, and then sighted again by voyage crew member Carol, who had always wanted to shout "Land Ho". So there.

Now we are having to sail slowly towards the destination, so as not to arrive too early. Many sails are furled already, and some zigzagging will still be called for.

The weather is fantastic, a bit colder and we are about to see a W turn to an E on the GPS

Greetings

Hans
