I had very high expectations (and was really excited) and looked forward very much to the start of this voyage. Now, after 10 days on board already my expectations have been met and exceeded in every way shape and form. I cannot get enough of being outside and enjoy all the views on the wildlife, high rugged cliffs etc. and i enjoy the quite rapid changes of the weather. Sometimes i am alone on deck, other times few of my fellow trainees join me to watch the wildlife show. 

As a Dutch gal, the Dutch flag comforts me and gives me a homely feeling. The walks ashore can be a challenge not being a traines hiker, but it is good to set new boundaries. The views, the stunning views, they make all the efforts of climbing and hiking all worth while. For now i end this log entry; i am going out again to see what this day brings! And beware: sailing on board the EUROPA can be very addicitvce!
