Pinrail chase

Good day

This day, I must say, started somewhat inauspicious, as I woke up to the sound of engines running.

But, we went a bit more north, in the hope that there would be wind there. Whilst doing so, the pin rail race was organized. Master of ceremonies, Matti and Judge Brian had the watches and one crew team going all around the deck, searching for pins, setting sails, and guessing what obscure items from the engine room were. At the end of all that frivolity, the wind had picked up, and, as I write this, we are moving along at a fine pace, around 6 knots, royals as highest squares, flying jib, and the whole ground tier of staysails and the mizzen bringing up the rear.

The food, too, was glorious. There was Salmon a la Kurkuma, pommes au gratin and haricots verts. Effin awesome!

Greetings

Hans
