10th April 2016 SAILING THE SOUTHERN OCEAN towards Tristan da Cunha. All kinds of points of sail and wind situations during the day, for another journey of great sailing.
We continue to sail along at a good pace towards Tristan da Cunha. There is plenty to do on the Europa during sailing - watches, pin training, sail training, attending lectures etc.
Our visit to Antarctica and South Georgia is now behind us and we are sailing the high seas towards Tristan da Cuhna and Cape Town.

During all day we have been sailing on heavy conditions, strong winds, gusts up to maximum 60 kn, hale and snow, just with a couple of moments where the sun shows shyly between the clouds.
